Sharjah24: Parents Council in Dibba Al-Hisn held a ceremony honoring teachers in the city of Dibba Al-Hisn, in recognition of their role in building new generation armed with culture .
The ceremony was attended by a large number of figures in the city, including Ahmed Abdullah bin Yarouf Al Naqbi, Chairman of the City’s Municipal Council, Suleiman Muhammad bin Jumu’ah Al Yahyai, Chairman of the City Council, Dr. Muhammad Al Mutawa Al Hindasi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club, and Rashid Al Fahah, Director of the Zone 3 Education Council, along with many male and female teachers, parents, and male and female students.
The educational ceremony was held in the theater of the Dibba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club, and began with a performance of the national anthem and the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran.
A student Qasaid Juma Al Nuaimi presented a speech on behalf of the President of the Council, His Excellency Mohammed Rashid Rashoud Al Hamoudi, thanking and appreciating the teachers for their efforts and great contribution in the field of education.
The ceremony included a presentation highlighting the biography of the honorees and their achievements. An artistic operetta entitled “Educational Figures and Important Things” was presented, written by Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Darbas, performed by the artist Ahmed Al-Washahi and the Military Scarf Band, in addition to a wonderful acting performance from the student Abdullah Salem Isahakoh and the student Qasayed.
The ceremony witnessed great interaction from the audience with an educational competition about the city of Dibba Al-Hisn and Sharjah in general. At the conclusion of the ceremony, 300 male and female teachers were honored in Dibba Al-Hisn based on visits made by the council delegation to a number of the city’s schools.
