Sharjah24 : A significant meeting was held between representatives of the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) and the Wasit Suburb Council (WSC) of the city of Sharjah to discuss a number of issues relating to the infrastructure and road services in the neighborhoods associated with the suburb.
These initiatives fit within the context of constructive engagement between various groups to enhance local quality of life and offer a community-centered, pleasant urban environment.
The meeting was chaired by member Abdulaziz bin Dakheen from the Wasit Suburb Council, and representatives of the Roads and Transport Authority of the Sharjah Government participated in it. During the meeting, a number of significant issues were discussed, including issues of infrastructure and services related to roads in the suburb.
Among the issues discussed at the meeting, the requests of the residents of the suburb regarding the parking of mosques in the suburb and the streets leading to them were addressed.
These programs fall into the context of cooperative interaction between diverse organizations to improve the quality of life in the area and provide a welcoming, community-focused urban environment.
