Sharjah 24: During a meeting, the Sharjah Electoral Committee for the 2023 Federal National Council Elections affirmed that the electoral centre at the Sharjah Chess Cultural Club and the five additional centers are fully prepared to accommodate voters on both the early voting days and the main election day on October 7.
Issa Saif bin Hanthal, Chairman of the Sharjah Electoral Committee for the 2023 Federal National Council Elections, which is a part of the National Elections Committee, encouraged members of the electoral bodies to actively participate in the voting process taking place from October 4 to October 7, 2023. This voting will determine their representatives in the Federal National Council.
The meeting, led by Chairman Issa Saif bin Hanthal and attended by committee members involved a review of the final preparations for the electoral centres and the technical measures in place to ensure a precise and successful election process. This includes the provision of top-notch equipment and technologies to enhance the experience of the electoral body members.
The Sharjah Electoral Committee for the 2023 Federal National Council Elections reaffirmed that the Sharjah Chess Cultural Club in Sharjah and the five additional centres are ready to receive voters on the designated days. These centres encompass the Sharjah Chess Cultural Club, Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club, Bustan Council, Expo Centre Khorfakkan and Khor Kalba Council.
The committee also encouraged members of the electoral bodies to activate their digital ID card and download the "Sharik for the UAE" and "National Elections Committee" applications, available on Apple Store and Google Play, in order to participate in the voting process.
