Sharjah24: Al-Asala Club affiliated to the Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) in Kalba, conducted an interactive artistic workshop for mothers enrolled at Kalba Art Centre, with the aim of enhancing the drawing skills of participants and enabling them to express themselves through art.
The workshop was delivered under the supervision of a professional artist specializing in the art of hand drawing, where participants learned how to draw henna on the hand.
This artistic activity reflects Al-Asala Club’s keenness to promoting and developing the talents of participants including the elderly mothers, to take advantage of their free time and contribute to enhancing social integration. Similar artistic activities and workshop will be conducted in the future to enhance the creative culture among club members.
