Sharjah 24: Hamad Saeed Al Matrooshi, the player of Al Hamriyah Club’s team and the UAE rowing team, headed, on Sunday, with the team’s coach, Sayed Ali Wadh, to China, accompanied by the delegation of the national sailing and rowing team

This comes with the intention of participating in the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, during the period from September 20 to October 8.

Al Matrooshi represents the UAE national team in the Asian Games, after winning a bronze medal last March in the Asian Beach Rowing Championship in Thailand with his teammate in Al Hamriyah team, Khamis Ghanem Al Shamsi.

The player praised the great support he received from the National Olympic Committee, the UAE Sailing and Rowing Federation, and the Sharjah Sports Council, as well as the interest and support of the Board of Directors of Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club.
