The festival paid tribute to the spirit of the Emirati artist Sheikh Khaled Al Qasimi and the Kuwaiti artist Mohammed Al Mansour through a documentary film.
The Festival, which saw the presence of a large multitude of officials, families, students, representatives of the Tunisian embassy, the Lebanese government and the Syndicate of Lebanese Actors in Beirut and the North, featured Arab and foreign theatrical performances from Libya, Iraq, Qatar, Tunisia, Kuwait, Canada, Bangladesh, Oman, Portugal, Palestine, Syria and Lebanon.
The Kuwaiti artist Mohammed Al Mansour, artist Omar Mikati and the artist Qassem Istanbouli were honoured at the closing ceremony of the festival.
The Qatari delegation presented a shield to the head of the Tiro Arts Association, artist Bahia Zabat, in appreciation of the efforts of the Tiro Arts Association in Lebanon.
