Al Shehi won two gold medals in the Tunisia Open Swimming Championship, and Al Awais won the "ILCA6" gold medal at the Oman Sailing Championship, both of which were recognised by the board. Hamid Al Shamsi, in his official position, expressed appreciation for the parents and trainers who had been so instrumental in the development of Al Shuhi and Al Awais.
The recipients of the awards acknowledged their appreciation to the Al Hamriyah Club Board of Directors for the recognition, which they saw as both a privilege and a responsibility. They stressed the need to keep up the hard, responsible effort that has gotten them this far.
