Sharjah 24: To celebrate the Emirati Women's Day, the Central Region Parents Council of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, visited a prominent citizen from the region, to appreciate an Emirati mother.
The visit was made to the citizen, Dibiya bint Yarouf bin Suhail, who resides in the Mahafez area in the Emirate of Sharjah.
During this honourary and appreciative visit, Saturday, a cordial conversation took place between His Excellency Rashid Al Mahyan, Chairman of the Central Region Parents Council, and Dibiya Bint Yarouf, in the presence of Afra bin Halees Al Ketbi, Member of the Central Region Parent Council and Member of Sharjah Consultative Council.
Dibiya Bint Yarouf welcomed the council and expressed her appreciation for the efforts made and role in visiting senior citizens on different occasions, and praised the importance of such visits, which are a message of reassurance and appreciation to citizen mothers, emphasising the role of society and its institutions in providing attention and recognition of their valuable contributions.
His Excellency Rashid Al Mahyan expressed his thanks and gratitude to the citizen, Dibiya Bint Yarouf, for her warm and friendly welcome, stressing that such visits come within the framework of the society’s appreciation and pride in the contributions of Emirati women and their prominent role in building and advancing the UAE, through raising generations that contribute to building the nation behind the wise leadership.
