Sharjah24 : The Al-sharqiya Channel from Kalba has enhanced its programme network, offering an enticing array of programmes that cater to a broad viewership. These captivating programmes focus on diverse themes, including higher education, writing, cultural heritage, and creative youth.
One standout program on the Channel's schedule is "University Program," which sheds light on the various academic specialisations available at universities in Sharjah, Khorfakkan, and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport. Its objective is to assist new college students in selecting the right specialisation by providing comprehensive information about each field and the employment prospects they offer. The programme airs every Thursday at 8 PM.
Additionally, the channel features "Writer from Al Sharqiya," a program that showcases writers and authors from the Eastern region who have made significant contributions to the world of literature. Their publications cover a wide range of topics, including children's literature, prose, law, economics, Emirati folktales, heritage, and maritime traditions of the United Arab Emirates.
