Sharjah24: The Al Suyoh Suburb Council, operating under the Districts and Villages Affairs Department, engaged in discussions regarding significant community matters and initiatives aimed at strengthening their connection with families.
During the regular community initiative known as "Yalsitna (Our Meeting)," held yesterday at their headquarters in Sharjah, the council explored various topics that contribute to establishing a secure and healthy environment for all community members.

As part of this initiative, the council had the opportunity to meet with His Excellency Major General Saif Al-Zari Al-Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, and to discuss numerous security issues crucial to fostering a sense of security, safety, and stability among the residents and citizens of Sharjah.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Member of Sharjah Executive Council and Head of the Districts and Villages Affairs Department, Dr. Abdullah Suleiman Al Kabouri, Director of the Councils Affairs Department, as well as Youssef Obaid Harmoul Al Shamsi, Chairman of Al Suyoh Suburb Council, alongside council members, invited guests, and local residents.

At the outset of the gathering, titled “Meeting with a Leader”, Youssef Obaid Harmoul Al Shamsi extended a warm welcome to the attendees and commended their active participation. He emphasised the suburb's commitment to engaging with the community and addressing social issues. Al Shamsi expressed gratitude for the trust placed in the suburbs by His Highness Sheikh His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, who entrusted them with the responsibility of citizens' affairs.

Subsequently, His Excellency Major General Saif Al-Zari Al-Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, delivered a speech where he applauded the role of suburb councils and their significant contributions to the successful execution of their missions. He highlighted the importance of their interaction with the community, encouraging residents to actively share proposals and observations that can enhance the overall quality of life. He further emphasised the significance of open communication with authorities, ensuring the reporting of any violations or behaviours that may disrupt the peacefulness of the residents.
