Sharjah24: The UAE Football Association Board of Directors adopted significant constitutional and election regulation modifications. They also approved the Judicial and Arbitration Committees' continuance during today's Extraordinary General Assembly No. 2 for 2023.
The discussion focused on guaranteeing the Election Committee and Election Appeals Committee's continuance. Abdullah Nasser Al Junaibi, Acting Union President, presided over the Extraordinary General Assembly, which included the Board of Directors and General Assembly members.
Mohammed Abdullah Hazam Al Zahiri, the Football Association General Secretary, presented the agenda and confirmed a legal quorum. Members approved the agenda.
Al Junaibi thanked the wise leadership for their unwavering support of football and sports. He also thanked Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi for his tenure as Union president and Salem Abdullah Al Shamsi, who apologised for leaving the Board of Directors, wishing them success and prosperity.
