Sharjah 24: The UAE Football Association praised the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and His Highness’s interest in football and its competitions.
Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, President of the UAE Football Association, stated that the directive of the Ruler of Sharjah promote sportsmanship in local competitions, adding that they are a beacon that illuminates the path of work and diligence to develop football.
He stressed that His Highness's follow-up to local competitions, the performance of referees and other details indicates His Highness' keenness to develop the game, and indicates His Highness’s continuous support for achieving national achievements.
He added that all the topics that His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah touched on will be of interest to the UAE Football Association, because of their importance in creating a safe, sustainable and developed sports environment, enhancing the sportsmanship among players, clubs and all competitors.
