He announced the participation of 53 schools in the sustainable volunteering competition, with 44 public schools and 9 private schools nationwide, explaining that this competition aims to instill the value of volunteering in students of all age groups and their continuous interest in this work.
Speaking to “Sharjah 24”, Al-Hammadi stressed the importance of teaching children the behaviour of volunteering from a young age so that they are effective members of their society, and raise a generation to manage volunteer work in the future, adding that the competition targets all entities concerned with children and schools at the state level in all their categories provided that each entity participates in the best practices, activities and initiatives in this regard.
