His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of SPGC, accompanied by Brigadier General Abdullah Ibrahim bin Nassar, Deputy Director General of Resources and Support Services, and Colonel Dr. Jassim bin Haddah, Director of the Operations Department, and a number of officers toured the Mobile Services Centre vehicle, where he was briefed on the process of delivering services to workers. His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi stated that leading institutions are growing when their employees grow, by providing them with a positive environment, and different services, praising the continuous efforts of the Employees Happiness Branch in promoting sustainable happiness at work.
First Lieutenant Salem Ashour, Director of the Sharjah Police Employees Happiness Branch, confirmed that the sustainable happiness initiatives come within the framework of the SPGC methodology and efforts to provide a sound positive environment that stimulates creativity. He added that the leadership is keen to consolidate the concept of happiness within activities organised for employees, that depend on Happiness as a way of life at work, which increases productivity and supports the security system.
