When asked about where the opening and closing ceremonies will take place, Al Fardan told "Sharjah 24" that the Culture Palace Theatre and the Sharjah Institute of Theatrical Arts would both play host.
She continued by saying that the schools are competing for awards including best acting, best directing, best authoring, the special jury award, best integrated theatrical performance, best emotive and flamboyant performance, and best collective performance.
