Sharjah24: Coinciding with the celebration of Emirati Children's Day, which falls on March 15, His Excellency Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Owais, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club (SSDSC), revealed that the club has attracted 1,300 children athletes who practice karate, jujitsu, taekwondo and judo, and participate in tournaments locally and globally.
This comes in line with the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, as well as Sharjah Sports Council.
Commenting on this, Al Owais has expressed the club’s keenness to support children in general and Emirati children in particular at all areas.
