Sharjah24: The Sharjah Social Services Department is holding its activities at the Sharjah Festival for Culture and People 6, held by the Cultural and Media Office of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, in Al Qarayen Park 2 in Sharjah, from February 23 to 26.
Maitha Awad Al Ketbi, Head of the Awareness Department at the Social Education Department, explained that the festival is an occasion to spread awareness, providing children with the knowledge that would help them pave their paths and mitigate the negative effects caused by the electronic devices which harm their minds and personalities.
She indicated that the number of programmes provided is from 10-15 programmes, including workshops and competitions for children and parents.
