Sharjah24: His Excellency Prof. Dr. Awwad Al-Khalaf, Director of Al Qasimia University (AQU) , honored the national cadres for completing a number of specialized training courses.
The honor included 16 employees who joined the specialized training courses organized by the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the university in order to achieve the strategic goals set by Al Qasimia University.

The topics of the courses aimed at developing, qualifying and assimilating national cadres and energies, defining the mission of Al Qasimia University, in order to raise the level of performance, achieve quality, and establish a culture of excellence.

The honoring was attended by Professor Salem Al-Jarwan, Vice President for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Atta Abdel-Rahim, Director of the Center for Continuing Education and Development, and Dr. Omar Al-Ammari, Director of the Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness Center.

Prof. Dr. Awwad Al-Khalaf, pointed to Al Qasimia University’s keenness to invest in human resources and prepare young national leaders and competencies, as they are the country’s wealth and its main pillar in comprehensive and sustainable development, in addition to implementing many training programs for Emirati human cadres that depend on training, qualifying and refining citizens.

He pointed out that the number of training courses implemented by the university during the past year amounted to 34, in which 54 male and female citizens participated, and a group of new jobs were included in the university budget for the year 2023, and coordination is underway with the Human Resources Department of the Government of Sharjah to conduct job interviews in preparation for completing the appointment procedures.
