Sharjah24: His Excellency Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and General Security in Dubai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Association for the Talent, and His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, attended the 2nd annual Sharjah Police Talents Forum, which was organised by Sharjah Police, on Tuesday evening, at the headquarters of the General Command of the Police. During his welcoming speech, His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, stressed the keenness of the General Command of Sharjah Police to empower the talented young Emirati energies, ensuring to upgrade the security and police work system.
During the forum, His Excellency Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim launched the Virtual Center for Security Talents, which is the first of its kind, aiming to adopt pioneering practices to help develop the young talents’ full potential, contributing to motivating the talented to unleash their energies and capabilities.
His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, launched the Discovery and Care Document for the gifted, which enables all departments to discover the talented in their organisations, empowering them and harness their capabilities in advancing sustainable development.
At the end of the forum, Deputy Chief of Police and General Security in Dubai honoured a number of leadership partners, expressing his thanks and appreciation for the important role they play through their support for various security activities. He explained the methodology of the Ministry of Interior, emphasising that it enhances its work according to the methodology of joint cooperation.
His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police also honoured the work teams and the talented members of the SP, praising their efforts and distinguished roles.
