SSEF’s "Judran" project creates a new environment for orphans

Sharjah24: The Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation (SSEF) has completed a comprehensive maintenance process for the house of an orphan's family, as part of the "Judran" project, with the aim of providing a suitable housing environment for orphans and their families, zthrough the cooperation and solidarity of community members to renovate the house.

15 volunteers from the SSEF participated in carrying out the house maintenance, and the Sharjah Municipality contributed to planting and coordinating the house's outdoor garden, in a community initiative that reflects community cohesion in order to serve orphan families.

The home maintenance work took about 3 weeks, including implementing the painting work, as well as providing the necessary consumer supplies and the furniture with its home accessories.

Commenting on this, Ms. Munira Al Yafei , Deputy Director General of the Foundation has highlighted the importance of "Judran" project, which comes in line with the Foundation’s objectives, aiming to empower orphans in all areas, translating the wise directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aiming to promote social solidarity among the members of society. 

Sharjah Municipality affirmed its keenness to enhance cooperation and joint coordination with various entities in the emirate, aiming to provide the necessary support for various projects, and to perform its societal role.

The Foundation adopts qualitative plans to provide various services for the families of orphans, by reviewing their actual needs and conducting several field visits to find out their conditions, and then implements different programs and projects aimed at providing a decent life for them.
