Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by Sheikh Dr. Rashid bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, Sheikh Maktoum bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Sheikh Saif bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Fujairah Free Zone Authority, and Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi.
During the ceremony, Sheikh Mohammed stressed the importance of the values of social cohesion, noting that mass weddings can promote community closeness and have a positive impact on society.
He also highlighted the directives of Sheikh Hamad to encourage citizens to participate in mass weddings, which will help reduce marriage expenses.
Fujairah Crown Prince then congratulated the grooms and brides and wished them stable lives, lauding the efforts of the celebration’s organising committee.
The mass wedding was attended by Salem Al Zahmi, Director of the Fujairah Crown Price’s Office, and several local officials.
