Sharjah 24: The General Department of Resources and Support Services of the Sharjah Police continues its health and preventive initiative, in cooperation with the Emirates Health Services, which targets Sharjah Police employees.
Brigadier General Aref Al Sharif, Director General of Resources and Support Services, stressed the keenness of the Sharjah Police to provide health care to its employees, and to raise the level of happiness in the work environment, which will reflect positively on the work system, noting that this campaign comes within a series of awareness and health programmes organised by Sharjah Police.
The health campaign includes a package of preventive examinations to detect non-communicable diseases, such as heart diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory diseases, and all kinds of cancers, comprehensive blood analyses, laboratory or clinical tests, in addition to the provision of seasonal influenza vaccine.
It is worth noting that the campaign has started since last October, as it provides health services in three phases at the level of departments in the Sharjah Police, and is currently continuing to finish its second phase at the main headquarters, and the third phase is scheduled to start in January next year.
