Sharjah24: Sharjah Sports Club signed sponsorship contracts with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Sharjah Expo Centre, according to which they became football team sponsors, providing various aspects of support for sports in Sharjah and strengthening partnerships that would benefit the club's members and players in their career.

Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the SCCI, expressed his gratitude for the deal, stressing that sponsoring the club translates the wise directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, which always urges to promote and support the role of sport in society.

Ali Salem Al Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Club, hailed the parties' joint efforts, which come within the framework of cooperation between the Sharjah Club and institutions in Sharjah.

Saif Al Midfa, CEO of Sharjah Expo Centre, confirmed that the sponsorship contract paves the way for sports events that will be launched by the Sharjah Expo in the future, as plans are already made to launch a sports exhibition in 2023 targeting local sports manufacturers, in addition to involving UAE sports clubs to showcase their services, not only in football but other sports and sports nutrition.

After signing the contract, the Sharjah Football Club jersey was presented with the Sharjah Expo Center logo on it, and the souvenir shields of the club, Sharjah Chamber and Sharjah Expo were exchanged.
