Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) organised the activities of the fourth Ajyal Festival in Al Mowafjah Park in Sharjah, and its activities extend for 4 days.
Somaya Saif Mohammed Al Shamsi, Official of Al Asala Club at the SSSD, confirmed that the activities of the fourth Ajyal Festival, which was launched, on Thursday, in Al Mowafjah Park in Sharjah, will extend for 4 days from November 17 to November 20.
This comes with the participation of a number of government institutions and departments, such as the Sharjah Police, the Sharjah Education Council, the Sharjah Civil Defence and the Intaj Centre.
She added to “Sharjah 24”, that the activities of the Fourth Ajyal Festival included a number of cultural, heritage, artistic and educational activities and medical examinations. In addition to the recreational activities suitable for children and the elderly.
She noted that the organisation of this festival comes within the vision of the Emirate of Sharjah as a caring city for the elderly, and this event targets this category, hosting a number of them from all regions of Sharjah.
