According to Sumaya Al Hosani, director of human resources section in the department, this honour falls within the social initiatives of the department, under the slogan "Work is life elixir." She added that the honour comes in appreciation of their continuous efforts throughout this period, and as a incentive for them to double efforts and giving, embodying the Emirate's vision of promoting happiness and career well-being.
She concluded that through this honour, we seek to encourage and enhance the spirit of creativity and innovation and to adopt constructive ideas among employees in general that contribute to the development and improvement of the work of the department.
