Sharjah 24: The UAE Football Association's president, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, has extended a warm welcome to the teams currently camped in the UAE in preparation for their participation in the World Cup - Qatar in 2022.
He extended warm greetings to all tourists and media organisations currently in the United Arab Emirates, wishing them a pleasant stay in the country.
The federation's president praised the efforts of the sports councils in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah in ensuring the success of the World Cup (WC) teams' training camps.
He mentioned that several teams, including Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Argentina, Ghana, Switzerland, Japan, and Cameroon, have set up camp in the UAE, and that there are also many media delegations, fans, and people who want to attend the World Cup matches in Qatar.
