Sharjah 24: Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UAE Football Association, praised the performance of all members of the national team during the last period in order to qualify for the World Cup, stressing that the UAE team is the most important priority of the Association’s Board of Directors.
In a statement published on the official website of the UAE Football Association Wednesday, Sheikh Rashid said: "I am pleased to thank everyone for their dedication, commitment and continuous work, and thanks are also extended to our partners, and the Emirati football fans, who supported the team at all stages."
He thanked the players for their good performance against Australia, stressing that the future will be better, with more giving, work and follow-up, and indicated that the Football Association will continue to support the national team in order to achieve its goals and the aspirations of its fans in the future.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UAE Football Association said: "The national team will remain, as before, the most important priority of the Board of Directors in the coming period, and we will work to continue development and provide all the reasons that help success, and we thank the clubs' administrations for their cooperation and support for the national team during its internal and external gatherings, because cooperation is the right way to advance the Emirati football and put it in the lead.”
