Sharjah24: Dr. Tasneem Rushdi, Head of the Culinary Corner Committee at the Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF), stressed that this year's cooking corner is distinguished by its unique Italian cuisine and recipes that are made by famous Italian foodies, in line with Sharjah’s hosting Italy as a guest of honour in the exhibition, which is held at Sharjah Expo Center.
Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24”, she emphasises that the Sharjah International Book Fair attracts a group of famous and creative Italian chefs, with various special recipes.
The visitors of the Sharjah International Book Fair were astonished by the most-creative recipes.
Concluding her statement, Rushdi expressed her happiness at the presence of a large number of children, mothers and families in the cooking corner.
