Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Foundation to Support Pioneering Entrepreneurs (Ruwad) held a training course on digital transformation, new virtual reality (metaverse), and artificial intelligence systems capable of analyzing data and ways to use it in developing business models for small and medium-sized companies, extrapolating opportunities in markets, and improving the quality of procedures and services provided.
The training course was organised at Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTI Park) from October 24 to 26, with the participation of 11 male and female entrepreneurs. The course was presented by Prof. Dr. Amr Abdelhamid, an entrepreneur and associate professor in the electronics and networking departments at the German University in Cairo.
Over the course of three days, the training course dealt with the study of modern applications of intelligent process management technology, and its role in developing management methods, production stages, operating tools, the ability to read and analyze market data, consumer trends and behaviour, and make business and investment decisions based on accurate data and information.
