Sharjah 24: Al Hamriyah Council of the Sharjah Districts and Villages Affairs Department hosted an introductory lecture on the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport in Sharjah (AASTS)'s services as an educational edifice in the Emirate of Sharjah in the city of Khorfakkan.
During the lecture, the AASTS introduced its efforts and what it seeks to enhance in the regional maritime sector, by providing the necessary education and training for maritime authorities, through the AASTS’s partnerships, benefiting from the AASTS’s specialists and experts.
The lecture pointed out that the AASTS plays a pivotal role in filling the shortage of professional nationals in the local and regional markets, in addition to its contribution to strengthening the UAE’s position as one of the major global centres of maritime.
