Sharjah24: This year, International Government Communications Forum (IGCF 2022) has brought together the largest number of partners, sponsors and supporters in its 11-year history, Tariq Saeed Allay, Director General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB), proudly asserted on Sunday during an inspection visit to the conference venue to review final preparations.
The region’s leading thought leadership forum on government communication will stage its 11th annual edition later this week on September 28 - 29 in Expo Centre Sharjah, with 29 partners, who will envision the future of the sector, train and upskill young talents during training sessions as well as provide media coverage of the two-day event.
“Through these partnerships, we look forward to making IGCF a bigger success than previous editions to achieve the developmental goals of Sharjah”, Allay noted thanking IGCF 2022 partners, adding, “The forum’s continued success over the past years would not have been possible without their support. Our partners have played a major role in achieving the goals and ambitions of the international forum.”
The Director General concluded his visit lauding the readiness of teams and preparations underway. He called on the public to attend the activities designed to highlight government communications’ best practices and the workshops aimed at deliberating and formulating practical solutions to community challenges.
