Sharjah24: Sharjah Expo has announced it is all set to organize the emirate’s first-of-its-kind event dedicated to showcasing horses, camels, and falconry equipment and supplies "Al Asayl Exhibition 2022,", at Expo Al Dhaid from September 8 to 10.
Held in collaboration with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), the first edition of the exhibition will present a regional display window for innovative products, services, and trends.

With its very first edition, the three-day fair will be the ‘place-to-be’ for enthusiasts and professionals with the most relevance and the highest reach within the industry.

It will bring together horse, camel, and gaming bird owners, breeders, stables, clubs, vets, professional and amateur riders, in addition to leading companies that will display the latest products for the upkeep of horses, camels, gaming birds, and other traditional sports.

The show’s visitors will get an opportunity to learn about arts and crafts, equestrian, stable equipment, sports equipment, supplements and fodder, animal transportation and relocation, as well as breeding farms. The event will also promote the awareness of younger generations about traditions and the authentic Arab culture.

Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah, stressed that the event will significantly support the Centre’s strategic plans, aiming to enhance the momentum of events and activities hosted by Expo Al Dhaid.

"We are looking forward to hosting additional exhibitions and conferences that would increase the industry’s contribution to the emirate’s national economy in general and support the industrial, commercial, and tourism sectors in particular," Al Midfa said.

"We will stop at nothing to make this event an annual platform for equestrian lovers, professional riders, and falconers. We want to give them an opportunity to closely network with companies operating in this field, learn about the latest developments in this field and view the newest purebred animal care equipment," Al Midfa added.

The exhibition will open to the public on Thursday and Saturday from 11:00 am to 6:00pm, while on Friday, it will open from 3:00pm to 9:00pm.
