Sharjah24: The external vehicle service "cabinet" recorded 1,767 services during the first half of this year, as Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) launched this service to protect the beneficiaries of its services since the beginning of the Corona pandemic 3 years ago, and it came to relieve pressure on visitors, and to avoid overcrowding during the Coronavirus pandemic period.
Maha Al Ali, director of government communication in the department, said - the external vehicle service facilitated many routine procedures and waiting for beneficiaries within a short time that does not exceed five minutes, in addition to the fact that the service does not require getting out of the car and heading to the department's offices, especially since the "cabin" is located At the department's outer courtyard, where electronic services are provided by the employee concerned to complete the task in minutes, and the number of daily auditors reaches 25.
Maha Al Ali confirmed that during the past period, the number of services provided by the external vehicle was more than it is today, for the reason that many of them turned to the call center at 800700 represented by the main line service, and from there to the concerned department directly and to submit a request for assistance, which means more facilities for the beneficiaries.
