Sharjah 24: Following the unprecedented success, the Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club brought down curtain on its one-month summer activity, which was held under the slogan “Our holiday Is Different”.
The activities, overseen by the Sharjah Sports Council, included football, handball, basketball, swimming, cycling, jiu-jitsu, chess, athletics, cultural, artistic and community activities, workshops, lectures and visits inside the club.
During the closing ceremony which was attended by several officials, Ahmed Abdullah Al Naqbi, Head of the Institutional Communication Department, delivered a speech in which he thanked the Sharjah Sports Council for its sponsorship of the summer activity and all those who contributed to the success of the activity.
Mohammed Rashid Rashoud, Chairman of the Dibba Al Hisn Parents Council delivered a speech on behalf of the institutions that cooperated with the club.
At the end of the ceremony, all participants- individuals and institutions- were honoured.
