Sharjah24: The General Command of Sharjah Police (SP) , represented by the Comprehensive Industrial Center, has launched a smart corner in its Customer Happiness Center, with the aim of facilitating the procedures of the public and customers, in line with the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior aimed at enhancing security and safety, and enhancing public confidence in the effectiveness of the services provided.
Lt. Col. Abdulaziz Al Jarwan, Head of the Comprehensive Industrial Police Station, stressed that the Sharjah Police General Command is keen to develop its police system and upgrade its services, in line with the future directions of the government, harnessing all available capabilities to serve the public and simplify their procedures, and provide pioneering and advanced services that ensure the achievement of social justice.
Lt. Col. Al-Jarwan confirmed that the initiative, targeted all those dealing with Sharjah Police from the public in general and the category of workers in particular, regardless of their nationalities and cultures who are not proficient in dealing with smart devices, and to allow them, through this service, to submit criminal and traffic reports to the police station, in addition to a number of police services they need, through the applications of the Ministry of Interior and the General Command of Sharjah Police.
