Sharjah 24: The affiliates of the Ithmar programme, which is organised by the Sharjah Press Club in cooperation with CNN Arabic, valued the content and field visits in the programme.

The students visited the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority, in addition to learning how to voiceover and film from the experiences and competencies of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau.

Ithmar programme affiliates expressed their happiness to be in the fourth edition of the programme, and learn about the elements of creating visual content, starting from how to choose the idea until presenting it to the public in a professional manner.

The affiliates learned how to manage television studios, and how the staff cooperated in producing various programmes and bulletins, in addition to learning how to voiceover, read correctly, and understand the correct way of filming and installing equipment.

The programme, which will run until July 7, aims to familiarise students with the skills necessary to distinguish between truthful and misleading content, verify news, photos and videos, identify fake accounts on social media, how to create infographics, and skills to employ infographics in telling media stories.
