The community initiative included society members from all communities, whereas it saw the organisation of sports and entertainment competitions, amid a large turnout of all ages for most nationalities in Sharjah.
His Excellency Juma Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Hamriya Cultural and Sports Club, said that the club is happy to host the "Sports Bring Us Together" initiative, which has enhanced social cohesion among members of the majority of the communities.
Ibrahim Al Nabi, from Sharjah Department of Social Services at the Sharjah Volunteer Centre, thanked Al Hamriya Club for hosting this initiative.
At the end, in a joyful atmosphere, gifts were distributed to the participants who expressed their happiness to participate in, and to repeat the event in the future.
