At the beginning of the session, Colonel Dr. Ali Al Kai Al-Hamoudi, Director of the Eastern Region Police Department, and in the presence of Colonel Rashid Saif Al Zaabi, Deputy Director of the Department, thanked and appreciated all employees for their efforts reflecting tangible results in all strategic and operational indicators and in the security and safety of the region.
The panel discussion saw a great interaction between the affiliates, through which they presented creative ideas in the policing process from excellence to leadership. It also included a presentation of the challenges, future plans and initiatives.
The panel discussion also touched on the essential role of providing employees' needs that affect their professional interests, whereas happiness of employees is one priority of the police command.
At the end of the panel discussion, the employees expressed their thanks and appreciation to the police command for their efforts to achieve job happiness and a positive and stimulating work environment.
