Sharjah 24: Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, inspected the heavy vehicle testing and registration building in Industrial Area-12, in the presence of Lt. Colonel Khalid Mohammed Al Kai, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department; Major Hamad Musabbeh Al Tunaiji, Director of Heavy Technical Inspection; and Major Khalid Sahouh, Director of Vehicles Licensing Branch For companies and institutions; and other officials and officers.
Major General Al Shamsi inspected the progress of work, reviewed performance and learnt about the services provided to customers, as well as examining the maintenance project that is being implemented in the building.
Ending the visit, Al Shamsi held a meeting with all those involved in the operation of the building, during which he identified the most prominent challenges and obstacles that may hinder or affect quality and efficiency of services rendered.
The Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police stressed the continuity of providing high quality services to customers to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction and happiness, and striving to develop services in accordance with the best practices to meet customers’ aspirations.
