Sharjah24: The grand yearly festival that brings all things Kerala to the UAE is returning to Sharjah in June for its fourth iteration.
Gulf Madhyamam, a Malayalam national newspaper, organises the trade and cultural event with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. It will take place from Jane 24 to 26 at the Sharjah Expo Centre, as revealed today during a special ceremony.

And, like prior editions, it will feature products, services, and entertainment from Kerala, India's southern state.

"Sharjah 24" interviewed Mr Mohammed Rafeeq, General Manager-Global Business Operations at Gulf Madhyamam, who commented on the event and explained the fourth edition's distinctive features, saying, "we are pleased to announce the fourth edition of "Come on Kerala", which is the largest Indian event in the GCC." For the previous two years, we have received tremendous support from Sharjah and His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan in order to organise such a huge event."

"This year's festival will be more attractive," he continued, "since we are commemorating the UAE's 50th anniversary under the slogan " Shukran Emirates" as a lovely homage to the great nation."
