The session was designed for all workers and officials at Sharjah's various government departments in order to monitor the first phase of the government employee performance rating system for the year 2022 AD, which concludes in late February. The stage attempts to bring the officials and the employee together to agree on yearly smart objectives, weight them, and examine behavioural skills.
Throughout the year, the department focuses on educating government employees about the performance appraisal system and explaining the details of its stages because it is a critical pillar in the development of the work system and the process by which an employee's level of performance in performing his duties and meeting agreed-upon goals is measured.
