The delegation included Asma Bin Taliah, Secretary General of the Executive Council, Sheikh Saud bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director of the Sharjah Digital Office (SDO), and several Secretariat's employees.
Bin Hadda stated that the SEDD derives its inspirations from the wise vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, through which the Department is keen to make Sharjah one of the best cities, regionally and internationally, in responding to economic changes.
He added that the SEDD has made great strides in developing standards for the efficiency of its services and bringing them to the highest levels, intending to achieve sustainable economic development.
He stressed that the department is constantly striving to ensure that the best services are provided to its customers, in accordance with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The SEDD praised the wise directives and the follow-up of Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and also reviewed the most important developmental processes and tools in providing the best quality of service to the customers.
The Department reviewed its achievements and investments over the past years in establishing an advanced digital infrastructure, which contributed to maintaining the functioning of business and services in the current situation, as it provides 107 digital services that benefit investors, the government and private sectors, and the strategic partners.
The Department praised the efforts of the General Secretariat of the Executive Council in ensuring coordination with all parties to develop the working mechanism and achieve a great return in institutions’ performance.
