Sharjah 24: Several chefs, dietitians, and authors, who took part in the Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF), acknowledged that the live cooking programmes helped boost their cookbook's sales.
Speaking exclusively to "Sharjah 24", Chief and author, Becky Excell, stated, "I write gluten-free cookbooks and believe that the Sharjah International Book Fair will be incredible for raising awareness for gluten-free, which will help with sales of my books, because more people will learn about gluten-free, how amazing recipes can be, and how you can recreate gluten-free food that is still tasty and easy to prepare."

In a related context, Shonali Sabherwal, a macrobiotic nutritionist, stated, "I believe it is an excellent approach to introduce people to new concepts and views, as well as to make them aware of what to do, since it is wonderful to reach out to someone who knows and understands." We've come to your talk and met people who are really interested in health, including those who attended my session today, and it's an excellent approach to bridge gaps and educate people while also encouraging them to pick up your books to learn more."
