Sharjah 24: At Cityscape Global, Arada, real estate development company, announced four new projects in Aljada. The projects are "The Gate", located near the entrance of Aljada, "Vida Residence Aljada", "The Boulevard 3", and "Sokoon 4".
In exclusive statements to "Sharjah 24" Hisham Saeed Al Khattab, Director of Government Relations Department at Arada, confirmed that they have completed 1,200 housing units in Aljada, and they are working on 5,000 housing units. The sales have achieved one billion and 100 million AED since The beginning of 2021.
Al Khattab added that "Masaar" is the latest and second-largest residential project in Sharjah which comprises 4000 modern designed residential villas, and its sales have achieved 900 million AED.
