Sharjah24: Arada, a real estate development company, will showcase its most prominent real estate projects in the Emirate of Sharjah during its participation in the Cityscape Global Exhibition, which will be held from November 9 to 11 at the Dubai Exhibition Center at Expo 2020 Dubai.
The company displays a choice of real estate alternatives in its two massive projects "Massar and Aljada" in Sharjah's new heart, with a combined sales value of 24 billion dirhams, in its own pavilion. The Kaya neighborhood, which was just inaugurated and marks the second residential phase of the Masar project, will be showcased.
So far, Arada has sold roughly 1,600 home units in the Aljada project for a total of 900 million dirhams throughout the year 2021. Almost one billion dirhams have been spent this year.
"We look forward to participating in Cityscape again to showcase our new range of luxury properties in the Massar and Aljada communities, where the two projects have attracted the interest of buyers and investors due to the exceptional benefits, we provide to them and the strength and stability of the real estate sector in the Emirate of Sharjah," said Ahmed Al Khushaibi, CEO of Arada.
"Our strong performance also stems from several other factors, such as the distinguished service facilities that we offer, the quality of the real estate product, and flexible payment plans, which have ensured Arad a prominent leadership position within the Sharjah real estate sector, in addition to being at the top of the list of the fastest growing real estate developers in the UAE," Al-Khushaibi added.
The overall value of Arada sales grew by 85 percent during the first half of 2021 to reach 1.5 billion dirhams, indicating that the firm is on track to meet its goal of 2.3 billion dirhams in sales by the end of the year. This year, the corporation has also constructed over 1,200 housing units and is planning on completing 5,000 more units on Aljada.
According to recent official and independent data, Sharjah's real estate market is seeing a substantial comeback following the slowdown in all economic sectors caused by the Corona epidemic last year. According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, the value of real estate sold in the emirate grew by 41% in the first six months of this year when compared to the same time last year.
According to research released earlier this year by Property Finder, the average sales price of apartments for Sharjah properties increased by 2.2 percent in July compared to January of this year, while the percentage was much higher in Aljada, where average sales prices of apartments in this community increased by 4.8 percent during the same period.
