Sharjah24: A delegation of players and administrators from Al Dhaid Cultural and Sports Club (ADCSC) visited Expo 2020 Dubai on Saturday evening and explored the participating countries’ pavilions. They were briefed on the diverse civilisations and cultures of all the participating countries.
This visit is the first to be organised by the club as part of a series of visits to the Dubai Expo, within the framework of the club's programs and its keenness to enhance aspects of sports culture among its members.
The players enjoyed exploring the pavilions, leaning more about the customs, production and rich cultures of the countries.
The players, administrators and club cadres toured the exhibition and expressed their pleasure with enjoying the distinguished performances of the exhibition. They stressed that the Expo 2020 Dubai is a prominent achievement for the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
Commenting on this, His Excellency Salem Mohammed bin Howaiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Dhaid Cultural and Sports Club, confirmed that the visit comes in line with the club’s gesture to grant its employees 6-day paid leave to visit Expo.
He pointed out that the visit reflects the ambitious goals of the country’s journey full of hard work, dedication and giving, in which the UAE harnessed all capabilities to achieve various successes in different areas.
