Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) organised a business forum between Sharjah and Sao Paulo with the aim of opening horizons for partnerships between the business community and investors from both sides.
In this context, Ibrahim Rashid Al Jarwan, Director of Economic Relations and Marketing Department at SCCI, said that the Sharjah Business Forum between Sharjah and Sao Paulo was launched on Wednesday morning, with the aim of opening prospects for partnerships between the business community and investors from both parties, as well as introducing the investment opportunities available on each side.
He added that a large number of attendees attended the forum including João Agripino da Costa Doria Júnior, a large number of officials and dignitaries, and more than 120 business professionals from various sectors in Brazil.
Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24”, Al Jarwan continued that there is an integrated programme during the Sharjah business forum, which includes meeting of businessmen from the UAE and Brazil, noting that the trade exchange between the UAE and Brazil in general, and Sharjah in particular, is increasing and diversified, hoping that there will be continuous and lasting cooperation between the two sides through the exchange of expertise and best practices in all sectors.
