Sharjah’s local citizens submit their applications for residential plots. the committee reviews the applications, ensures that all conditions are met, and then finalises it with approval of the eligible applications following the directives of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah to provide a decent, peaceful and stable life for Sharjah’s local citizens.
Khalfan Mohammad Khalfan Al Ruwaimah, Chairman of the Committee, confirmed that the committee’s task is to review local citizens’ requests for residential plots in Sharjah. they are submitted to the Land Allocation Committee of the Department of Town Planning and Survey (DTPS) to allocate the plot and submit its map.
He added that the Committee is constantly cooperating with the Land Allocation Committee at the DTPS and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) to facilitate the process of approving the applications, which achieves the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
