Sharjah 24: The last day of the 48th edition of the Watch & Jewellery Middle East Show (WJMES), MENA’s largest specialised jewellery and watch trade fair, held at the Expo Centre Sharjah, has seen large turnout of visitors and participants.
Marwan Al Mashghouni, Director of Government Relations at Expo Centre Sharjah, confirmed that the activities of the WJMES concluding Saturday, has also witnessed an increase in sales, describing this year’s edition as the most successful.
Speaking to “Sharjah 24”, He added that the five-day event has seen the participation of nearly 350 exhibitors of world-leading companies of the watch and jewellery design and manufacturing, alongside the participation of local jewellers and Emirati designers
Mashghouni indicated that the Expo Centre Sharjah was keen to follow all the precautionary measures in place in the UAE, in cooperation with the competent health authorities.
