The launch of the "Healthy Food Bag for Employees" program, according to Dr Hussain Abdul Rahman Al Rand, Assistant Undersecretary for the Public Health Sector, is part of a series of awareness programs aimed at creating a supportive environment for health, enabling employees to adopt healthy habits, and raising health awareness of healthy eating methods and a healthy lifestyle.
Dr Fadila Mohammed Sharif, Director of MOHAP's Health Education and Promotion Department, explained that the “Healthy Food Bag Program for Employees”, which was developed in collaboration with Delmont, is part of an integrated program that includes interactive workshops, awareness brochures, and a guide with practical steps for promoting healthy eating habits.
The initiative of the “Health Food Bag for Employees”, according to Nouf Khamis Al Ali, Deputy Director of Health Promotion Department, aims to guide employees in choosing healthy snacks, diversifying food items, and emphasizing the importance of reading the food label on which the healthy products.
